Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá násilím na pracovišti, konkrétně mobbingem. V teoretické části najdeme vysvětlení pojmu mobbing, dále je tu popsán jeho vznik, průběh v jednotlivých fázích i jeho následky. Pozornost je věnována také obraně a v neposlední řadě i prevenci proti tomuto negativnímu jevu. This bachelor thesis deals with violence in the workplace, specifically with mobbing. In theoretical part we find an explanation of mobbing, then there is the description of its origin, progress in each phase and its consequences.
