Tato práce se zabývá tématem de/motivace vstupu žen do politiky. Jejím cílem je prostřednictvím teoretického rámce a analýzy polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů zjistit, jaké jsou motivace žen při vstupu do politiky, a s jakými bariérami se případně setkávají. This thesis deals with de/motivation of woman to participate in the politics. Using theoretical frame and analysis of semi-structured interviews, its goal is to find out what is the motivation of woman when participate in politics and with which obstacles are they potentially dealing with.
