Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je otestovat využívání teorií kapitálové struktury v realitě podnikání v České republice. Nejpodrobněji je popsána teorie Millera a Modiglianiho a její vztah k CAPM. Zdrojem dat je celá databáze podniků Firemní monitor. Pozornost je více věnována cizímu (bankovnímu) kapitálu, před kapitálem vlastním. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to test theories of capital structure in the reality of business in the Czech Republic. In most detail is described the theory of Miller and Modigliani and its relationship to the CAPM. The data source is the entire database of corporations called Firemní monitor.
