Value Orientation of Youth as a Social Educational Problem

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku hodnot a hodnotové orientace současné mládeže se zaměřením na faktory, které jsou pro tvorbu hodnotového žebříčku určující, které jeho vznik u mladých lidí nejvíc ovlivňují. Úvodní část se snaží o popis problematiky hodnot a hodnotové orientace z hlediska historického i kontextu dnešní moderní společnosti. Součástí práce je výzkumná část, která se na základě dotazníkové šetření u konkrétního výzkumného vzorku dnešní středoškolské mládeže snaží o zjištění, které hodnoty, považuje dnešní mladá generace za prioritní. Zda je při vzniku své hodnotové struktury více ovlivňovány svými rodiči nebo vrstevníky, jestli upřednostňuje materiální hodnoty a zda dává přednost kariéře a profesnímu uplatnění před založením rodiny.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the problems of values and the value orientation of common young people with the aim on the factors that are determinant for the creation of the value ladder which affect its creation by the young. The introductory part tries to describe the problems of values and the value orientation from the historical point of view as well the present context of modern society. The part of the work is the research part that tries to find out by the questionnaire form from the concrete research sample of present-day secondary young people which values consider today´s young generation for the priority. If this generation is influenced by their parents or equals while creating their value structure or they give the priority to the material values and give the priority to the career and the professional claims against the establishment of the family.
