Abstract:
Jedním z nejvýznamnějších abiotických stresů, který negativně ovlivňuje růst, vývoj a výnos plodin, je sucho. Proto byla tato práce zaměřena na genetickou odpověď máku setého na stres ze sucha na transkriptomické úrovni. Pro odhalení genů zodpovědných za toleranci nedostatečného přísunu vody máku byly využity odrůdy tolerantní a senzitivní vůči suchu. Zároveň byl sledován profil zastoupení transkriptů …more
Abstract:
Drought is one of the most significant abiotic stress that negatively affects crop growth, development and yield. Therefore, this thesis is focused on the genetic response of the Opium poppy to drought stress at the transcriptomic level.
