Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce Outsourcing ve veřejném sektoru je na základě obsahové analýzy odborné literatury, legislativy a dostupných dokumentů a získaných informací o praxi provést analýzu realizace outsourcingu v Národním divadle Brno a navrhnout možnosti zlepšení stavu. První část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům a zejména pojmům vztahujícím se k této oblasti, následně je představena příspěvková organizace veřejného sektoru, v níž je provedena analýza. V závěru práce je zhodnocen současný stav využití outsourcingu pomocných služeb a jsou navržena možná opatření ke zkvalitnění stávající formy zabezpečení a zefektivnění fungování dané organizace.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis Outsourcing in the Public Sector is to conduct an analysis of the outsourcing processes in the National Theatre Brno with regards to content analysis of related literature, legislation, available journals, and information obtained about the processes and to propose opportunities for improvement. The first part is devoted to theoretical basis of concepts related to this field and provides an introduction of the public sector organization, which is analyzed. The conclusion evaluates the current state of outsourcing services and proposes possible measures to improve the existing form of security and more efficient functioning of the organization.
