Abstract:
Transfuze je někdy jediným způsobem záchrany života. Před každým naordinováním transfuze cizí krve a transfuzních produktů zvážit rizika podání. Kvalita a bezpečnost krve a krevních produktů se musí nevyhnutně zajistit během celého procesu. Vědomé a jasné výjádření odmítnutí přijetí cizí krve pacienta musí být respektováno. Transfusion is sometimes the only one way how to save live. Before each transfusion when there is somebody else's blood or blood product the danger of giving must be consider. The quality and safety of blood and blood products must be neccesarily guaranteed during all the process.
