Quality Standards in Social Services and their Application to Practice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Standardy kvality sociálních služeb a jejich aplikace v praxi byla vypracována jako práce teoreticko-průzkumná/výzkumná. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na historii standardů kvality sociálních služeb a právní rámec standardů kvality v České republice. Dále na systém hodnocení kvality i inspekční činností, která do hodnocení kvality patří. Byly popsány jednotlivé standardy, dle požadavků zákona o sociálních službách. Podrobně byl analyzován Standard č. 5, na který navazuje výzkumná část. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce se zabývala výzkumem a rozborem rozhovorů, pozorování, studiem dokumentace a kazuistik, které byly použity. Následovaly analýza získaných dat a výsledky výzkumu. V závěru byla provedena diskuze o výsledcích výzkumu a o tom, co je k tématu již známo.

Abstract:

This bachelor paper on the topic of Social Services Quality Standards and their application in practice has been developed as a theoretical/research paper. The theoretical part focuses on the history of quality standards and the legal framework of quality standards in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it deals with the system of quality assessment and inspection activities, including the quality assessment. Different standards have also been described according to the requirements of the Act on Social Services. The standard No. 5 has been carefully analysed and it is built upon in the research part. The research part of thesis is engaged in research and analysis of interviews, observations, study and documentation of case studies that were used, followed by the analysis of collected data and research results. In the conclusion there is a discussion of the results of research and what has already been known on the subject.
