Abstract:
Mezi trestní sankce patří tresty a ochranná opatření. Jejich právní regulace je obsažena v trestním zákoníku. Ochranná opatření jsou opatření preventivní povahy, která lze uložit i za činy jinak trestné osobám, které nejsou trestně odpovědné pro nepříčetnost nebo pro nedostatek věku. Among the penalties include criminal penalties and protective measures. Their legal regulation is contained in the Criminal Code.
