Abstract:

Změny v agendě hmotné nouze po sociální reformě v roce 2012. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První z nich je teoretická část. V úvodní kapitole je charakterizován Úřad práce České republiky. Další kapitola objasňuje sociální pomoc v České republice, systém pomoci v hmotné nouzi a dávky hmotné nouze. Třetí kapitola se zabývá změnami v agendě hmotné nouze po sociální reformě v roce 2012. V poslední kapitole je vymezena sociální práce na agendě dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Ve druhé části práce, metodologické, je vysvětlena metoda zkoumání a výzkumná strategie, technika sběru dat a operacionalizace otázek. Je definována i jednotka zkoumání a zjišťování. V závěru této části je popsána realizace výzkumu a postup při zpracování dat. Ve třetí části, analytické, dochází k interpretaci zjištěných skutečností. Na jejich základě je v závěru práce zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka: „Jakým způsobem reforma systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi, která se projevila od ledna 2012, ovlivnila činnost sociálních pracovníků poskytujících dávky hmotné nouze na vybraném kontaktním pracovišti v ČR a jaký význam pracovníci připisují těmto dávkám?“ Součástí závěru jsou i doporučení pro praxi a pro vedení úřadu práce.

Abstract:

The changes in agenda of material need after social reformation in 2012. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one consists of the theoretical part. In the first chapter is characterized the Labour Office of the Czech Republic. In the second part, I explained the way of social help in the Czech Republic, the system of help during period of material need and benefits in material need. The third chapter focuses on changes into agenda of the material need after a social reformation in 2012. In the last chapter is defined the social work on beneficial help in material need. In the second part, methodological one, is explained the method of research and observational strategy, the technic of data capture and operating of questions. Here is defined also a unit of researching and investigating. In the last section of this part, I described the realization of the research and procedure of data processing. In the third part, analytical one, I come with interpretation of the recognized facts. According to them, at the end of the thesis, is answered the most important observational question:„In which way did the reformation of system of beneficial help in material need (that became evident in January 2012) influence the working of the social workers who provide benefits in material need at the selected Labour Office in the Czech Republic and how big importance do they see in these beneficts?“ The part of the conclusion is also recommendation for the practise and for the leading of the Labour Office.
