Educational system of musical activities for students with visual impairments

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem, jakým probíhá výuka hudebních aktivit žáků se zrakovým postižením na základních uměleckých školách. V první kapitole teoretické části práce je vymezena základní terminologie, která má úzký vztah k tomuto tématu, uvádí se zde jednotlivé druhy zrakového postižení a jejich etiologie. Druhá kapitola se věnuje zvláštnostem dítěte se zrakovým postižením a třetí kapitola pojednává o legislativě, která je spojená se základními uměleckými školami a výukou žáků se zrakovým postižením, popisuje Braillův notopis a stručně popisuje hru nevidomých na klavír, klasickou kytaru a flétnu. Praktická část této práce je zaměřena na analýzu specifik výuky hudebních aktivit žáků se zrakovým postižením a část výzkumu se zaměřuje na kompetence učitelů základních uměleckých škol vyučovat žáky se zrakovým postižením.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's Degree project is about instructional methods used in class activities for visually impaired students in elementary art schools. The first chapter, the theoretical part of this project, focuses on the basic terminology that is closely related to this project. It covers various types of visual impairment and its etiology. The second chapter is about the characteristics of visually impaired children. The third chapter concentrates on legal regulations for elementary art schools and the instruction itself of visually impaired students. It describes the Braille tactile writing system, and how visually impaired students play the piano, the classical guitar, and the flute. The practical part of this project is about the qualification of teachers at elementary art schools for teaching visually impaired students, and about instructional strategies for these students. The practical part of this project is focused on the analysis of the specifics of teaching musical activities of students with visual impairments and second part of the practical part is about competency of teachers on elementary art schools if they are able to teach students with visual impeirment.
