Nejdůležitější část přeměny českého bankovnictví provázela ekonomická transformace formou šokové terapie, jejíž součástí byla privatizace bankovního sektoru. The subject of this thesis is the transformation of Czech banking after 1989 and its development over the years. The most important part of the transformation of Czech banking was accompanied by an economic transformation in the form of shock therapy, which included privatization of the banking sector.
