Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou věcné legitimace v civilním soudním řízením, nápravou jejího nedostatku v průběhu řízení a možnosti záměny s jinými procesními instituty.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the institute of Right of Action in civil judicial proceeding,correct its deficiency in the procedure and the possibility of confusion with other procedural institutes.
