Abstract:

Název: Vliv senzomotorické stimulace na rozložení tlaků na chodidle po ruptuře ligamenta fibulotalare. Cíl: Cílem práce je příspět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie po distorzi hlezenního kloubu s následnou rupturou vazivového systému hlezna volbou vhodných fyzioterapeutických metod, postupů a konceptů u probanda po ruptuře ligamenta fibulotalare v chronickém stádiu poranění. Metodika: Na základě vstupního vyšetření byl probandovi po ruptuře ligamenta fibulotalare v již chronickém stádiu poranění navržen krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán složený z 20 individuálních terapií a trvajících 38 týdnů. V průběhu fyzioterapeutické intervence byl proveden kontrolní kineziologický rozbor a kontrolní přístrojové měření po 22 týdnech individuální terapie. Po 20 individuálních terapií a výstupním vyšetření byl probandovi navržen dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Výsledky: Uplatnění převážně senzomotoriky v terapii mělo vliv na celkové zlepšení osového postavení těla probanda a na jeho pohybový stereotyp chůze. Došlo v průměru ke snížení průměrných maximálních tlaků při chůzi pod většinou zkoumaných segmentů plosky nohy a ke snížení rozdílu rozložení váhy mezi pravou a levou dolní končetinou probanda.

Title: The effect of the sensomotoric stimulation on the press on foot after the rupture of ligament fibulotalare. Aim: The aim of the work is to contribute to physiotherapy after the distorsion of the ankle joint followed by rupture of ankle ligament system by the choice of suitable physiotherapeutic methods, procedures and concepts by the patient in chronic stadium after the rupture of ligamentum fibulotalare Methodology: Based on introductory examination a short-term physiotherapeutic plan was made for a proband after ligamenta fibulotalare in chronical stage. The short-ter plan included 20 individual therapies and lasted 38 weeks. Along the line of the physiotherapeutic intervention a monitoring kinesiology analysis was made and after 22 weeks a monitoring instrumental measurement. After 20 individual therapies and final examination the proband was provided a long-term physiotherapeutic plan. Results: Predominant application of sensomotoric in therapy influenced the overall improvement of the proband´s axis posture and his gait movement stereotype. The average maximum of pressure under most of examined segments of the foot during gait and the difference of weight distribution between the right and left lower limb were decreased.
