Diplomová práce se věnuje tabuizovanému a aktuálnímu tématu „Dítě ohrožené domácím násilím“. Hlavním cílem této práce je poskytnout kritickou analýzu právní úpravy dané problematiky, zhodnotit varianty možného přístupu k této oblasti a přinést nejen odborný náhled na kauzy týkající se tohoto tématu. The MA thesis deals with a pressing and usually taboo subject of home-violence-stricken children. The main aim of this thesis is to provide a critical analysis of the current legal regulation of the issue. Further, it assesses possible approaches to the topic and analyses a number of cases related to children suffering from home violence.
