Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Praktické dopady přijetí zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a jeho novel na proces ústavní výchovy ve vybraném zařízení se zabývá problematikou sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v České republice. V České republice došlo dne 1. 1. 2013 k přijetí novely zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, s přijetím této novely došlo k řadě změn v činnosti orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. V diplomové práci je vysvětlen systém ochrany dětí v České republice, nejvýznamnější změny, které novela zákona přinesla a nová opatření na ochranu dítěte, která mohou mít vliv na umístění dítěte do ústavního zařízení. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky případů s cílem zjistit, zda nová opatření na ochranu dětí mají vliv na umístění dítěte do ústavního zařízení a na dřívější ukončení ústavní výchovy.

Abstract:

Diploma’s work entitled Practical implications of the adoption of the Law on social and legal protection of children and its amendments on the process of institutional education in the selected establishments deals with the issue of social-legal protection for children in the Czech Republic. On 1.1.2013, the Czech Republic adopted an amendment to the Social Legal Protection of Children Act, and the adoption this amendment saw a number of changes to the action of the Social-Legal Protection of Children authorities. In diploma’s work is explained the systém od child protection for the Czech Republic, the most significant changes brought about by the amendment to the law and new child protection measures that may affect the placement of a child in a constitutional arrange. In practical parts of the thesis, we will carry out case reports to determine whether the newchild protection measures affect the placement of a child in constitutional establishment and the earlier termination of constitutional education.
