Cílem této diplomové práce je příprava mTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin) inhibitorů, které mohou být potencionálně využity jako léčiva pro neurodegenerativní a karcinogenní nemoci. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dva celky – teoretickou a experimentální část. V teoretické části se seznámíte s mTOR signálními drahami, zmíněny jsou i nemoci ve kterých mTOR signalizace hraje roli. The aim of diploma thesis is synthesis of mTOR inhibitors, which can be used as potentional drug treatment for neurodegenerative and carcinogenic diseases.Diploma thesis is divided into two parts.
