Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce s názvem ?Metodika postupu Policie České republiky a její uplatňování při oznámení, prověřování a vyšetřování případů stalkingu? je určena zejména policistům, kterým by měla být nápomocna při základní orientaci v dané problematice a především v metodice postupu při řešení jednotlivých oznámených případů souvisejících se stalkingem. V diplomové práci je obecně popsána činnost Policie ČR a porovnání současného způsobu vzdělávání policistů v oblasti domácího násilí a stalkingu, který často na domácí násilí navazuje. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy, druhy a charakteristika stalkingu, typologie stalkerů, doporučení obětem a způsoby vyhodnocení, zda je signalizováno riziko násilí. Stěžejním výstupem diplomové práce je evaluace výzkumu a prezentace zjištěné úrovně odborných znalostí policistů Obvodních oddělení MŘ PČR Ostrava, potřebných pro řešení problematiky stalkingu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis entitled "The methodology of the Czech Republic's police procedures and its application in the reporting, verification and investigation of stalking cases" is intended for police officers, for whom should be helpful for getting basic orientation in this area and especially in the methodology of investigating individual cases, related to stalking. The thesis describes the general activities of the Czech Republic`s police and compares the current method of officers` training in the area of domestic violence and stalking, which is often linked to domestic violence. There are the basic concepts, types and characteristics of stalking, a typology of stalkers, advices to victims and ways to evaluate whether the risk of violence is signaled. A key outcome of the thesis is the evaluation and presentation of survey found levels of officers` expertise in the Ostrava`s districts police departments, under city police headquarters, necessary for dealing with stalking.
