Efficiency of the Czech Tax Office compared with the tax Office in other EU countries

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a porovnání efektivity výběru daní v České republice a ve vybraných zemích EU. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány nejčastěji využívané právní normy k výběru daní a analýza administrativních nákladů na správu daní. Na základě získaných poznatků je proveden návrh na implementaci efektivních dopadů správy daní ze zemí EU do českého daňového systému.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on analyzing and comparing the efficiency of tax collection in the Czech Republic and in selected EU countries. The theoretical part discusses the most frequently used legal standards for tax collection and the analysis of the administrative costs of tax administration. Based on the gathered information, follows a design of implementation of the efficient impacts of tax administration from the EU countries into the Czech tax system.
