Abstract:
V této práci je řešen konkrétní problém týkající se konkurenčního prostředí firmy General weld, s. r. o. a následně je posouzeno, jestli i tak malá firma, jako je právě zmiňovaná společnost, je schopná v tomto nerovném souboji obstát.
