Healthy nutrition in the didactic game

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá implementací didaktických her do výchovně vzdělávacího procesu a možnostmi jejich využití v prezenční a distanční výuce. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole je rozebírána hra z obecného hlediska, její historie, definice, charakteristické znaky a klasifikace hry. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena konkrétně na problematiku didaktické hry. Podrobně je zde popisována definice didaktické hry, začlenění didaktické hry do výuky, klasifikace didaktických her, význam didaktické hry pro osobnost žáka a role učitele v didaktické hře. Třetí kapitola je věnována charakteristice a popisu výhod a nevýhod mobilních aplikací, pomocí kterých byly vytvořeny jednotlivé didaktické hry v praktické části. V rámci praktické části byly sestaveny dvě hry, jedna online úniková hra "Melmane, Melmane!" a jedna karetní hra "Vitaminové penteto". Kromě těchto her, které zahrnují několik modifikací, byly sestaveny tři pracovní listy "Zdravá výživa", "Vitaminy a minerály" a "Sacharidy", které byly převedeny i do online formy, a navíc vybrané úkoly z pracovních listů byly zpracovány pomocí aplikací LearningApps a Wordwall jako digitální hry. Dále bylo vytvořeno pět metodických listů, které slouží jako příručka učiteli a šest predikčních karet, které slouží jako nástroj formativního hodnocení využívající strategii tvorby předpovědí. Digitální úniková hra a pracovní list "Zdravá výživa" byly ověřeny na Základní škole Ostrčilova a karetní hra "Vitaminové penteto" byla ověřena na Wichterlovu gymnáziu.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis deals with the implementation of didactic games into the educational process and the possibilities of their use in full-time and distance learning. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses the game from a general point of view, history of the game, definition, characteristic features and classification of the game. The second chapter is focused specifically on the issue of didactic play. The definition of didactic play, the incorporation of didactic play into teaching, the classification of didactic games, the importance of didactic play for the pupil's personality and the role of the teacher in didactic play are described in detail. The third chapter is devoted to the characteristic and description of the advantages and disadvantages of mobile applications, with the help of which individual didactic games were created in the practical part. In the practical part, two games were compiled, one online escape game named "Melmane, Melmane!" and one card game named "Vitamin penteto". In addition to these games, which include several modifications, three worksheets have been compiled "Healthy Nutrition", "Vitamins and Minerals" and "Carbohydrates", which have also been converted into an online form, and in addition, selected tasks from the worksheets have been processed using LearningApps and Wordwall as digital games. Furthermore, five methodological sheets were created, which serve as a guide for the teacher, and six prediction cards, which serve as a formative assessment tool using a strategy of making predictions. The digital escape game and the "Healthy Nutrition" worksheet were verified at the Ostrčilova Elementary School and the card game "Vitamin Penteto" was verified at the Wichterle Grammar School.
