The aim of the bachelor`s thesis is to specify the forms of housing financing from the view of theory, to realise analysis of chosen products for housing financing in given institutions in Slovakia and to choose the most suitable possibility based on a model example. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je špecifikovať formy financovania bývania z pohľadu teórie, uskutočniť analýzu vybraných produktov na financovanie bývania vo vybraných inštitúciách v SR a na modelovom príklade vybrať najvhodnejšiu možnosť pre klienta.
