Knowledge of contraceptive non-hormonal methods among the students of the 9th grade

Abstract:

Název práce: Znalost antikoncepčních nehormonálních metod žáků 9. tříd Úvod: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění úrovně znalostí žáků 9. v oblasti nehormonální antikoncepce a pohlavních chorob. Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání znalostí žáků o nehormonálních antikoncepčních metodách a rizicích ve formě sexuálně přenosných onemocněních neboli STD. Metodika: Jedná se o teoreticko-praktickou práci, pro kterou byla zvolena kvantitativní metodika průzkumu, a byl sestaven dotazník jako metoda sběru dat. Dotazník byl určen výhradně žákům 9. tříd ze 4 různých základních škol. Výsledky: Z analyzovaných dat vyplývá, že nezletilí nejsou dostatečně informováni o tématu nehormonálních metod a problematice pohlavních chorob. Závěr: Sexuální výchovu je zapotřebí více rozvíjet, zaměřit se na ni, zvyšovat její úroveň a rozšířit tak znalosti žáků.

Abstract:

Thesis title: Knowledge of non-hormonal contraceptive methods among the 9th grade students Introduction: The bachelor's thesis is focused at researching the levels of knowledge of the 9th grade students concerning non-hormonal contraceptives and sexually transmitted diseases. Goal: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is a comparison of knowledge about non-hormonal contraceptive methods and risks in form of sexually transmitted diseases, also known as STDs, of the students. Methodology: The nature of this work is a combination of theory and practice, for which a quantified research method has been chosen and a questionnaire has been formulated as a method of data collection. The questionnaire was aimed exclusively at the students of the 9th grade of 4 different schools. The data collected are stated in the empirical chapter of work and analysed in attached tables and charts. Results: From the analysis, it can be seen that the minors are insufficiently informed on the topic of non-hormonal contraceptives and the issues of STDs. Conclusion: Sexual education needs to be developed further, to increase in quality and therefore expand the student knowledge
