The graduation thesis focuses on the Czech Insurers' Bureau, but addresses also the history of insurance of liability for damage caused by operating a vehicle and its legal regulations. In consideration of the extent of the topic, the focus of the thesis is restricted to principle, significance and functions of the Czech Insurers' Bureau.
