Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces benchmarkingu ve vybrané obci. Cílem této práce je zjištění současného postupu vybrané obce v procesu benchmarkingu a navržení efektivnějšího procesu, který vede k zjištění a zavedení nejlepší praxe. The master thesis is focused on the process of benchmarking in a given municipality. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the present procedure of this process and to propose the improvements within this area in order to achieve better results.
