Brain imaging and electrophysiology can provide a tremendous amount of information about brain structure and function. When used in combination with non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS), MRI can provide additional information for optimizing stimulation parameters and serve as a readout of neural underpinnings elicited by brain stimulation.
