Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku veřejných zakázek, konkrétně na jejich zadávání v užším řízení. V první části jsou popsány obecné pojmy a principy, druhá popisuje detailně institut užšího řízení. Problematika je zde zkoumána v souvislosti s českým právním řádem ale, řeší i jeho vztah k evropským směrnicím. This Bachelor thesis is focused on public procurement, namely on the awarding in the restricted procedure. The first section describes the general concepts and principles; the second one describes in detail the issues of the restricted procedure.
