V první části bakalářské práce se zabývám základními pojmy, souvisejícími s problematikou oceňování. Dále se zabývám riziky stavebních pozemků, pak popisuji problematiku cenových map. In the first theoretical part of the bachelor thesis I describe the basic terminology related to the problematics of the valuation. Further I address the risks connected with the building plots and later on I describe the problematics of price maps.
