Předmětem diplomové práce „Řízení kvality v konkrétním podniku" je řízení kvality a náklady na kvalitu. Cílem práce je analýza systému řízení kvality v konkrétním podniku a navržení opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení kvality a/nebo snížení nákladů kvality.
