Protection of Economics Competition with Focus on Situation in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Anotace Předmětem předložené diplomové práce, která nese název „Ochrana hospodářské soutěže se zaměřením na situaci v České republice“, je představení tématu v globálním měřítku. Cílem je poskytnout ucelený náhled na ochranu soutěže. Pozornost je zaměřena na oblast zneužívání dominantního postavení, kde v závěru práce analyzuji srovnání teorie hospodářské soutěže v kontrastu s praxí v ČR v podání Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. V první kapitole jsou představeny rozdílné ekonomické teorie, v druhé části charakteristika celé hospodářské soutěže. Ve třetí části poukazuji na vztah mezi ekonomickým a právním náhledem na ochranu soutěže. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje vliv cenového mechanismu na ochranu hospodářské soutěže. V závěrečné části diplomové práce nejdříve vysvětluji základní pojmy upravující zneužívání dominantního postavení a závěrečná podkapitola hodnotí soutěžní teorii a praxi.

Abstract:

Annotation The subject of the submitted thesis, titled „Protection of economic competition with focus on situation in the Czech republic“, is to introduce theme in global measure. The goal is to provide comprehensive look in protection of economic competition. The course of study lies in the abuse of dominant position, where at the end of my thesis I do analyse theory of the economic competition to contrary with its real form in the Czech Republic, as practised by the Czech Competition Authority. In the first chapter are introduced economical theories, in the second part of my thesis is chracterized whole economic competition. In the third part of my thesis I point to relationship between economical and law insight to competition protection. The fourth chapter introduce influence of price mechanism to protection of economic competition. I explain basic concepts govern abusing of dominant position as the first thing at the end of my diploma thesis and final subchapter rate theory and real form of competition.
