Business plan for the realization and service of a confectionary and cafe
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce rozpracovává podnikatelský plán realizace provozovny cukrárny a kavárny ve Vysokém Újezdu. Na základě rozboru podnikatelského plánu a analýz podnikatelského okolí a rizik navrhuje praktický postup pro realizaci uvažované provozovny v konkrétních podmínkách. Doporučení a návrhy jsou zpětně uvěřeny i dotazníkovým šetřením.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis develops a business plan for the implementation of a confectionery and cafe in Vysoké Újezd. Based on the analysis of the business plan and analyzes of the business environment and risks, it proposes a practical procedure for the implementation of the considered establishment in specific conditions.
