Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. Teoretická část práce vymezuje informace o účetnictví, účetní uzávěrce, daní z příjmů právnických osob, závěrce a s ní související povinnosti. Praktická část práce se zabývá procesem účetní uzávěrky, přiznáním k dani z příjmů právnických osob a účetní závěrkou ve vybrané korporaci.
