Adaptive and Motivational Processes as Part of Employer Social Policy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem z personální oblasti a je založena na poznatcích z oblasti personálního managementu. V první kapitole se věnuji sociální politice a to jak z pohledu státu, tak i z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje pojem motivace, který je vnímán jako jev zasahující všechny oblasti managementu v organizaci. Shrnutí nejvýznamnějších motivačních prostředků včetně důvodů, proč je praktikovat ve firmě je součástí druhé kapitoly. Poslední část se zaměřuje na problematiku adaptace pracovníka v novém prostředí. Cílem práce je poznat možnosti personální politiky. Na základě praktických a teoretických poznatků obsahuje bakalářská práce souhrn jednotlivých fází adaptace a možností motivace. Spolu s vytvořeným adaptačním plánem ji lze použít ke zlepšení praxe v oblasti personalistiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a problem from the personal area and is based on the findings from the personal management branch. I dedicate myself on the social politics from the point of view of the state as well as from the employer in the first chapter. I mention the term motivation in the second chapter. This term is percieved as a phenomenon, which affects all management area of the whole organization. Futhermore, it tries to conclude the most important reward expedients including reasons for their inclusion in the firm. The last chapter focuses on the problematic of workers adaptation in the new enviroment. The goal of the thesis is to get know the possibilities of the personalists. On the basis of the practical and theoretical findings the thesis contains the summary of the individual phases of the adaptation and the possibilities of motivation. Along with the adaptation plan one can use it for the improvement of enquiry of teh personal activity.
