Business plan for the production of motorhomes and caravans

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce bylo vytvořit podnikatelský záměr pro další rozvoj podniku WoodVANs v oblasti výroby obytných automobilů a vestaveb. Dalšími dílčími cíli bylo analyzovat současný trh v daném odvětví, navrhnout marketingovou strategii, zhodnotit finanční náklady a zisky a vytvořit plán rozvoje podniku. Práce měla podobu případové studie, což byla i jedna z metod ke zpracování, vedle analýzy, syntézy, interpretace, indukce a dedukce. Cílem tohoto podnikatelského záměru bylo získat investora, který poskytne kapitál na rozšíření plánů firmy, a to převážně na evropských trzích v Německu, Francii, Rakousku a dalších. V rámci odvětví obytných domů a vestaveb lze konstatovat, že během posledního desetiletí se kempování v obytných vozech a vestavbách stalo velice populárním. Pohodlí se také stalo velmi přitažlivým pro zákazníky, protože mnozí hledají jednoduché a cenově dostupné možnosti dovolené. Konkrétní pozornost firmy se zaměří na generaci mileniálů, kteří jsou cílovým segmentem firmy.

Abstract:

The main goal of this work was to create a business plan for the further development of the WoodVANs company in the field of recreational vehicles (RV) production and outbuildings. Other sub-goals were to analyze the current market in the given industry, propose a marketing strategy, evaluate financial costs and profits and create a business development plan. The work took the form of a case study, which was also one of the processing methods, in addition to analysis, synthesis, interpretation, induction and deduction. The goal of this business plan was to get an investor who would provide capital to expand the company's plans, mainly in European markets in Germany, France, Austria and others. Within the RV and RV industry, RV camping has become very popular over the past decade. Convenience has also become very attractive to customers as many look for simple and affordable vacation options. The company's specific attention will be focused on the generation of millennials, who are the company's target segment.
