Principles of effective dealing in manager profession

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací, která je v řídící práci manažera velice důležitá a nepostradatelná. V první části mé práce se zabývám teorií získanou z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Úvodem jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako například komunikace, management a manažer a s tím související problematika samotného jednání manažera, která je předmětem této bakalářské práce. V práci jsou rozebrány například prostředky, formy a význam komunikace při jednání, ale i obecně. Druhá část je založená na analýze jednání manažerů a následném zhodnocení průzkumu chování a vystupování manažerů při jejich profesi a následné zhodnocení možné podoby účinného jednání v manažerské profesi.

Abstract:

Submitted thesis deals with communication, which is very important and indispensable in directive work of manager. In the first part of my work I deal with theory gained from specialized literature and web resources. The introduction explains fundamental concepts such as communication, management and manager and related issues of manager dealing, which is the subject of this thesis. The thesis includes for example agents, forms and the importance of communication during the dealing, but also generally. The second part is based on the analysis of manager dealing and subsequent evaluation of survey of manager professional behaviour and performing and follow-up assessment of possible form of effective dealing in manager profession.
