The Importance of Corporate Culture in its Application to the Selected Firm
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je význam firemní kultury a její aplikace ve zvolené firmě. Proto popisuje problematiku firemní kultury a rozebírá ji zejména z jejího sociologického aspektu. Na vybrané firmě poté konkrétně provádí analýzu a posléze díky výsledkům této analýzy hodnotí stav její podnikové kultury.
Abstract:
Subject of this bachelor thesis is the importance of corporate culture in its application to the selected firm. Therefore it describes the problematic of corporate culture and analyses it mainly from its sociological aspect. It executes the analysis on the selected firm and then it evaluates the state of it’s corporate culture thanks to the results of the analysis.
