Předmětem této diplomové práce je hledání metod analýzy obrazu založených na integrálních transformacích a jejich otestování na obrazech tenkovrstevných struktur, připravených hard-disk modelem a zjednodušeným růstovým modelem. This diploma thesis focuses on searching for the new methods of the image analysis based on the integral transforms and testing of this methods on pictures of the thin film structures, which have been prepared using of the hard-disk model and a simplified model for the growth of the thin film.
