The Tea party movement
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hnutím Tea Party. Cílem této práce je analyzovat hnutí Tea Party v kontextu amerického stranického systému, popsat jeho strukturu a členskou základnu, odpovědět na otázku jak hnutí vzniklo a jaké jsou jeho hlavní cíle. Ve druhé části se hodlám zabývat vlivem hnutí na kongresové volby volby v roce 2010.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the Tea Party movement. The aim of this work is to analyze the Tea Party movement in context of the US party system, desribe its structure and members, answer the question of how the Tea Party movement emerged and what the main goals of the movement are. In second part I intend to examine the impact of the movement on congressional elections in 2010.
