Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na strategii podniku SERVITIUM, s.r.o., provádí její revizi s ohledem na vnější a vnitřní prostředí. This bachelor thesis focuses on the strategy of the company SERVITIUM, s.r.o., thus it revises with regard to the external and internal environment. The theoretical part deals with methods of analysis of both environments, internal and external, and of course SWOT analysis, which is a certain result of previous analysis.
