The development of the cultural landscape on the territory of the municipality of Jilemnice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem kulturní krajiny na území obce Jilemnice. Vývoj krajiny je sledován prostřednictvím analýzy dostupných mapových podkladů z let 1842 pomocí Císařských otisků z map Stabilního katastru, dále z roku 1959, který byl zkoumán pomocí Topografické mapy Topo S-1952 a rok 2018, který byl řešen pomocí Základní mapy ČR. V úvodní části se práce zabývá charakteristikou území, vymezením pojmů společně s rešerší dostupných zdrojů k vývoji land use. Druhá část je věnovaná metodice výzkumu, která zahrnuje transformaci mapových podkladů, sestavení klasifikačního klíče a samotnou vektorizaci land use. Poslední část se zabývá analýzou změn kulturní krajiny na úrovni jednotlivých ploch. Nejvýznamnějšími změnami krajiny nejvíc v průběhu let prošla orná půda, především z důvodu změny hospodářského systému. Rozloha orné plochy během let 1842-2018 klesla o 447,8 ha, a z původních 58,18 % rozlohy území, nyní zabírá 25,96 %. Celkem více než 110 ha orné plochy se přeměnilo na trvalé travní porost. Naopak nejvíce stabilní byla rozloha lesních kultur, která v průběhu let vzrostla o 6,36 ha.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of cultural landscape in the Jilemnice municipality. The development of the landscape is monitored by analyzing the available map data from the years 1842 using the Imperial prints from the maps of the Stable Cadastre, then from 1959, which was examined using the Topographic Map Topo S - 1952 and the year 2018, which was solved using the Basic Map of the Czech Republic. In the introductory part the thesis deals with the characteristics of the territory, the definition of terms together with the search of available resources for the development of land use. The second part is devoted to the research methodology, which includes transformation of map data, the compilation of the classification key and the actual vectorization of land use. The last part deals with the analysis of cultural landscape changes at the level of individual areas. The most significant changes in the landscape have been through arable land over the years, mainly due to changes in the economic system. The area of arable land decreased by 447.8 ha during the years 1842-2018, and from the original 58.18 % of the area, it now occupies 25.96 %. A total of more than 110 ha of arable land has been transformed into permanent grassland. On the other hand, the most stable was the area of forest cultures, which increased by 6.36 hectares over the years
