Disposal procedural acts of the debtor in insolvency proceedings
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá dispozičními úkony dlužníka v insolvenčním řízení. Dlužník je oprávněn zahájit insolvenční řízení a taktéž navrhnout způsob řešení svého úpadku - konkursem, reorganizací, či oddlužením.
Abstract:
The doctoral thesis concerns with the disposal procedural legal acts of a debtor in insolvency proceedings. The debtor is entitled to initiate this proceeding and also to suggest a way of bankruptcy solution - bankruptcy proceeding, reorganization or discharge from debts.
