The diploma thesis "Stages of Criminal Proceedings Taking into account the Pre-trial Relationship and Main Trial Relations" is divided into five chapters. The first deals with history. The second chapter focuses on the criminal proceedings in general, the second part of this chapter deals with the basic principles.
