Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Sociální dovednosti speciálních pedagogů působících ve vzdělávání si za cíl stanovuje seznámit čtenáře s profesí speciálního pedagoga, školního speciálního pedagoga a sociálními dovednostmi a následně díky výzkumnému šetření zjistit pohled a reflexi těchto dovedností speciálními pedagogy. Teoretická část se člení do dvou kapitol. První kapitola této práce se věnuje charakteristice speciálního pedagoga, školnímu speciálnímu pedagogovi, nastíněn je i speciální pedagog ve školském poradenském zařízení a v neposlední řadě je popsáno inkluzivní a speciální vzdělávání. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na sociální dovednosti. Pozornost je zde věnována vymezení těchto dovedností, sociálním dovednostem pedagogických pracovníků, důležitosti těchto dovedností v rámci speciálně pedagogické praxe a možnosti pro aktivní rozvíjení sociálních dovedností. Navazující praktická část si klade jako hlavní cíl zjistit reflexi a hodnocení sociálních dovedností a jejich využití speciálními pedagogy působících ve vzdělávání a identifikovat faktory, které tyto dovednosti ovlivňují. K dosažení stanoveného hlavního cíle a dílčích cílů je využita metoda kvalitativní, a to polo-strukturovaný rozhovor, který byl realizován s pěti vybranými respondenty. Zpracování a analýza dat proběhla za využití otevřeného kódování a techniky vyložení karet, s cílem získat odpovědi na položené výzkumné otázky dle vytyčených dílčích cílů. Z výsledků je patrné, že speciální pedagogové působící ve vzdělávání reflektují sociální dovednosti jako důležitý prvek své práce a integrují je do každodenní praxe. Využívají široké spektrum dovedností, což považují za nezbytné pro efektivní práci s žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Tyto dovednosti jsou ovlivněny osobními i profesními zkušenostmi, podporou ze strany rodiny i školního vedení. Potlačit je pak může například autoritativní řízení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Social skills of special education teachers working in education sets out to introduce readers to the profession of special education teacher and social skills and then through research investigation to find out insights and reflection of these skills by special education teachers. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter of this thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the special education teacher, mentioned will be special education teacher working in counselling facilities, and concepts of inclusive and special education. Subsequently, the second chapter focuses on social skills. Attention is paid here to the definition of these skills, the social skills of teaching staff, the importance of these skills within special education practice and the possibilities for actively developing social skills. The follow-up practical part aims to find out the reflection and evaluation of social skills and their use by special education teachers working in education and to identify the factors that influence these skills. To achieve the set main goal and sub-goals, a qualitative method, specifically semi-structured interviews, was employed with five selected respondents. Data processing and analysis was carried out using open coding and card layout technique to obtain answers to the research questions according to the set sub-goals. The results show that special education teachers working in education reflect social skills as an important element of their work and integrate them into their daily practice. They use a wide range of skills, which they consider necessary for effective work with students with special educational needs. These skills are influenced by personal and professional experience, family and school management support, and can be inhibited by, for example, authoritarian management.
