Abstract:

Diplomová práce Usnadnní pístupu ke vzdlání a k informacím pomocí projektu Adopce na dálkuŽ" pojednává o specifickém a v souasné dob velice rozšíeném fenoménu sponzorství dtí. Definuje tento moderní zpsob rozvojové pomoci, shrnuje východiska a principy. Práce podává informace o organizacích, které umožují eským dárcm pispívat na vzdlávání dtí v rozvojových zemích. Jako nejvýraznjší mezi nimi vyzdvihuje sdružení Arcidiecézní charita Praha jako stžejního prostedníka k podpoe vzdlávání dtí. Konkrétn je rozebírán jeho projekt Adopce na dálkuŽ. V práci je obsaženo shrnutí vývoje a souasného stavu projektu, význam vzdlávání, podmínky úasti sponzor i dtí v jednotlivých cílových zemích. Na srovnání Ugandy, Indie a Litvy jsou ukázány cíle tohoto rozvojového programu. Závrem jsou shrnuta pozitiva a negativa projektu. Hlavní snahou diplomové práce je posoudit kvalitu projektu a nastínit jeho místo v dnešním svt.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis Providing better access to education and information via the Adoption at the Distance project " treats of the specific and in the contemporary time very extended prodigy - sponsorship of the children. It defines this modern way of developing help, it summarizes the ways of this problem and its principles. This thesis gives us information about the organizations, which helps to Czech donors to give some help to an education of children in the developing countries. It refers to the most expressive organization - Caritas Prague, as a pivotal intermediary to a support of an education of children. Concretely it analyses the project Adoption at a Distance. The diploma thesis concerns the summary of a development and of contemporary state of the project, the meaning of education, conditions of participation of sponsors and children in the particular objective countries. It shows the targets of this developing scheme in the comparing of Uganda, India and Latvia. At the end of this thesis there are summarized positive and negative things of this project. The main task of the diploma work is to pass judgment on quality of the project and outline its place in todays life.
