Abstract:

Pro mojí diplomovou práci jsem si zvolil téma „Analýza controllingového systému společnosti Pierburg s.r.o. K tomuto tématu jsem si zvolil následující cíle, které jsou „Propojení Controllingu s podnikovým plánováním ve výrobě“ a další cíl je „Jak informační technologie podporují podnikové plánování“. Ty to cíle stanovili i mé následující hypotézy, které jsou „Ve společnosti Pierburg, s.r.o. se využívá metod Controllingu a podnikového plánování“ a druhá hypotéza je „Informační technologie, které se používají ve společnosti Pierburg, s.r.o. plně podporují podnikové plánovaní“. V teoretické části se zabývám charakteristikou a popisem pojmu Controlling. Je zde uveden vznik, vývoj, úlohy, cíle, členění a metody Controllingu a dále propojení Controllingu s informačními systémy. V praktické části uvádím popis společnosti Pierburg s.r.o., její vznik a vývoj. Dále organizační strukturu společnosti. Popisuju zde úkoly controllingového oddělení společnosti a propojení s informačním systémem. Jaké využívají metody plánování, zda strategické nebo operativní. Jak řídí odchylky zjištěné při výrobě. Ke zjištění cílů jsem použil i finanční analýzu podniku a následně SWOT analýzu oddělení Controllingu společnosti. V jednotlivých částech uvádím své doporučení a návrhy na možné zlepšení činnosti a řízení Controllingu.

Abstract:

For my thesis I chose the theme "Analysis of the controlling system of Pierburg Ltd. On this subject, I chose my work objectives, which are "linked with the company controlling the production planning", and another goal is "How information technologies support business planning. You do not set goals and my following hypotheses "At Pierburg, Ltd. the use of methods of controlling and corporate planning "and the second hypothesis is the " Information technology used in the company Pierburg, Ltd. fully support business planning. The theoretical part deals with the characterization and description of the concept of controlling. It contains the origin, evolution, role, objectives, structure and methods of controlling and controlling connection with information systems. In the practical section describes the company Pierburg Ltd., its origin and development. Furthermore, the organizational structure of society. Here describe the tasks of controlling department and links to the information system. What planning methods used, whether strategic or operational. What controls variations found in production. To determine the goals, I've used the financial analysis of enterprise and SWOT analysis of controlling society. In part I of its recommendations and suggestions for possible improvement of management and controlling activities.
