Features of promising electrical insulating liquids

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem aktuální situace v oblasti elektroizolačních olejů a trendů v jejich používání, jakož i popisem jednotlivých parametrů kapalin a způsobu jejich měření. Na začátku je nastíněn stručný náhled do historie a vývoje elektroizolačních kapalin, načež navazuje popis jednotlivých používaných druhů kapalin. Největší prostor je věnován rostlinným olejům, jmenovitě řepkovému a slunečnicovému oleji jakožto lokálně dostupným rostlinným olejům. Další část práce se věnuje popisu jednotlivých elektrických, fyzikálních a chemických parametrů elektroizolačních kapalin a jejich měřením. Většina těchto parametrů je již popsána vlastní normou, ta je vždy uvedena a odkazuje se na ni. Poslední část diplomové práce se věnuje měření vlivu elektrické degradace na elektroizolační systém, kdy byl jako elektroizolační kapalina použit slunečnicový a řepkový olej, jakož zástupci lokálně dostupných, a tedy levně vyrobitelných olejů. To odpovídá aktuálním trendům v elektrotechnice. Výsledkem je doporučení rostlinných olejů k praktické aplikaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis describes the current situation in the field of electrical insulating oils and trends in their usage, as well as the description of the individual parameters of liquids and their measuring methods. At the beginning there is a brief insight into history and development of electrical insulating liquids, then followed by description of used the fluid types. The main part is devoted to vegetable oils, namely rapeseed and sunflower oil as locally available vegetable oils. Next part is dedicated to description of the individual electrical, physical and chemical parameters of electrical insulating liquids and their measurements. Most of these parameters are already described by their own standard which is always mentioned and referred to. The last part of the diploma thesis is devoted to measuring the impact of electrical degradation to the electro-insulating system with sunflower and rapeseed oil used as insulation fluid, which are the representatives of the locally available and therefore inexpensively manufacturable oils. That corresponds to current trends in electrical engineering. This part results in a recommendation of vegetable oils to practical application.
