Abstract:

ZVONKOVÁ, Eliška. Specifika komunikace v multikulturním prostředí. [Bakalářská práce]. Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2021. 63 stran. Předložená bakalářská práce je věnována specifikům komunikace v multikulturním prostředí. Cílem práce je získat ucelený pohled na to, jak mezikulturní komunikace probíhá v dnešní době v porovnání s předešlými roky a také, jaká je tomuto tématu věnována pozornost ze strany Vlády ČR. Teoreticko – metodologická část se zabývá deskripcí zásadních pojmů pro tuto práci, jedná se především o témata spojená s komunikací, médii, multikulturalismem a menšinami. Analytická část se věnuje zkoumáním hypotézy H1: mezikulturní komunikace v ČR prostřednictvím národnostních menšin je podporována méně, než tomu bylo v roku 2014. Vedlejší výzkumná otázka odpovídá na to, jak nahlíží na mezikulturní komunikaci mezikulturní centra a Rada vlády ČR. Bakalářská práce využívá výzkumné metody PEST analýzy, deskripci, komparaci, demografickou analýzu a expertní rozhovory se zástupci kanceláře Rady vlády pro záležitosti romské menšiny a sekretariátu Rady vlády pro národnostní menšiny a také z mezikulturního centra. Pro zmíněné analýzy byla použita jak data primární, tak sekundární.

ZVONKOVÁ, Eliška. Specifics of communication in multicultural environment [Bachelor’s Dissertation]. The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague. 63 pages. The presented bachelor thesis is devoted to the specifics of communication in a multicultural environment. The aim of the work is to get a comprehensive view of how intercultural communication takes place today in comparison with previous years and also what attention is paid to this topic by the Government of the Czech Republic. The theoretical-methodological part deals with the description of the basic concepts for this work. These are mainly topics related to communication, media, multiculturalism and minorities. The analytical part is focused on examining hypothesis H1: intercultural communication in the Czech republic through national minorities is less supported that it was in 2014. The secondary research question answers how intercultural communication centres and the Council of the Czech Government view intercultural communication. The bachelor thesis uses research methods of PEST analysis, description, comparison, demographic analysis, and expert interviews with representatives of the Office of the Government Council for Roma Minority Affairs and the Secretariat of the Government Council for National Minorities and also from the intercultural communication centre. Both primary and secondary data were used for the mentioned analyses.
