Methods of Enforcement Lien
Abstract:
Zástavní právo slouží k zajištění pohledávky pro případ, že dluh, který jí odpovídá, nebude včas splněn s tím, že v tomto případě lze dosáhnout uspokojení z výtěžku zpeněžení zástavy. Bakalářská práce, kterou jsem zpracoval na téma „Způsoby realizace zástavního práva“, popisuje možnosti, které český právní řád dává zástavnímu věřiteli z hlediska jeho oprávnění zástavu realizovat.
Abstract:
Lien serves as a legal right to keep or sell somebody else's property as security for a debt. Liquidation of the collateral is used to satisfy the claim if the debtor cannot fulfil their obligations in time. In my Bachelor's degree thesis, ‘Methods of Enforcement of Lien’, I describe various ways that creditors are allowed to use to enforce lien according to Czech law.
