The main theme of work is legal succession under the Civil Code. Hlavnou témou tejto práce je zameranie sa na dedenie zo zákona podľa Občianskeho zákonníka. Čitateľovi sa snažíme objasniť jednotlivú postupnosť, ktorá prichádza do úvahy pri zákonnom dedení a následne poukázať na rozdiely v Slovenskom a Českom dedičskom práve.
