Diplomová práce zkoumá definici poezie lingvisty a literárního vědce Romana Jakobsona. V zájmu práce není dospět k definici v užším smyslu slova, nýbrž prozkoumat, jakými charakteristikami se poezie vyznačuje a do jaké míry se definice proměňuje, jaké složky zůstávají a jaké jsou vypuštěny. Abstract:
The thesis examines the definition of poetry by linguist and literary scholar Roman Jakobson. The interest of the thesis is not to arrive at a definition in the narrow sense of the word, but to examine what characteristics are significant for poetry and to what extent the definition changes, which components remain and which are left out.
